NEW 10-01-2021: HHCDA is offering Heating Assistance 2021,  This program is available to tribal members, Nation wide to provide assistance to pay for heating costs. The maximum benefit per household will be $700. Heating expenses that will be covered include gas, propane, fuel oil and electricity. This assistance is provided from the US Department of HUD and is intended for families that are  below 80% of median income guidelines for the Ho-Chunk Nation.

Rental Management

HHCDA provides Ho-Chunk communities with affordable rental units in most Ho-Chunk Nation villages. While many of these rentals are for income eligible families, HHCDA also provides a limited number of rental opportunities free of income restrictions. HHCDA’s rental units are located in the following communities:

Tenant Information

If you are a renter/tenant of an HHCDA rental unit and you need something in your unit repaired or you have a tenant-related issue that you would like us to know about, a work order request should be made to HHCDA so that we can promptly address your needs. Work orders can now be filled out and sent in online, just fill out the provided work order form, hit submit and you’re done.
